Housekeeping Executive

About the role

Join the pre‑opening team of a luxury heritage hotel as a Housekeeping Executive. You will lead a team of housekeeping staff, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and guest service throughout the property.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct daily briefings with floor‑level staff.
• Supervise and manage all housekeeping tasks, including guest rooms, balconies, corridors, linen rooms and pantries.
• Maintain cleanliness of public areas and ensure guest supplies are replenished promptly.
• Report any damage, malfunction, or unusual activity to the Executive Housekeeper.
• Maintain equipment cleanliness and keep accurate section floor reports.
• Assist the Executive Housekeeper with attendance and performance assessments.
• Follow fire, life‑safety and emergency procedures.
• Attend all briefings, meetings and training sessions as required.
• Uphold a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent certificate.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar housekeeping supervisory role.
• Good oral and written proficiency in English.
• Ability to speak additional languages or basic understanding of local languages is an advantage.
