Housekeeping Attendant

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Housekeeping Attendant to join our hospitality team. You will be responsible for maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and guest comfort across our hotel rooms and public areas.

Key responsibilities

• Enter and prepare guest rooms for cleaning, including making beds and dusting furniture.
• Replenish guestroom and bathroom supplies, amenities, and minibar items according to operational standards.
• Clean bathrooms, closets, carpets, and floors, and perform rotation cleaning duties such as deep carpet cleaning and spring cleaning.
• Ensure security and privacy of guest rooms, respond to guest calls, requests, and complaints.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in your work area and public spaces, following standard operating procedures.
• Support a small team, keeping them motivated and ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.

Required profile

• Previous experience in hospitality or hotel housekeeping.
• Positive attitude, strong problem‑solving abilities and a “can‑do” mindset.
• Team player who communicates well with colleagues.
• Punctual, reliable, trustworthy and able to work with a sense of urgency.
• Comfortable handling basic administrative and system tasks.
