Housekeeping Associate

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Housekeeping Associate to join our hotel team. You will ensure guest rooms and public areas are clean, tidy and presented to the highest standards while delivering exceptional service.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and maintain assigned guest rooms according to hotel standards.
• Perform deep‑cleaning, change soft furnishings and keep pantries, corridors and other public spaces free of debris.
• Control key procedures, manage equipment and guest supplies, and report any issues promptly.
• Respond to guest inquiries about hotel facilities, VIP guests and special events.
• Adhere to all housekeeping policies, health & safety regulations and fire safety protocols.
• Attend mandatory training sessions and keep work areas organized.
