Housekeeping Associate

About the role

The Housekeeping Associate, also known as a Guest Environment Expert, is responsible for delivering a memorable and clean experience for hotel guests. Working within St. Regis Hotels & Resorts in New Delhi, you will maintain the appearance and hygiene of guest rooms, public areas, and service carts while supporting guest requests.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms, ensuring fresh linens, amenities, and a tidy environment.
• Maintain public spaces, corridors, and service areas to the brand’s high standards.
• Respond promptly to guest requests, delivering items such as extra towels, pillows, or amenities.
• Stock and organize housekeeping carts and supply rooms.
• Follow safety procedures, company policies, and confidentiality guidelines at all times.
• Uphold personal appearance, uniform standards, and professional communication.

Required profile

• Ability to stand, walk, sit, or move for extended periods.
• Physical capability to lift, carry, push, pull, or place objects up to 50 lb without assistance.
• Commitment to a safe work environment and adherence to company policies.
• Professional demeanor, including appropriate uniform and appearance.
