Housekeeping Associate – Full-time On-site

About the role

We are looking for a full-time Housekeeping Associate to join our team at AMARTARANGINI Pvt Ltd in Haridwar. The role involves maintaining clean, safe, and welcoming guest rooms and public areas, contributing to a serene hospitality experience.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms and public spaces, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming and surface disinfection.
• Change linens, make beds, replenish amenities and handle laundry tasks such as washing, drying and ironing.
• Report maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly to the appropriate team.
• Interact courteously with guests, respond to their requests, and support overall guest satisfaction.
• Follow established cleaning procedures and health-and-safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with the housekeeping team to uphold the property’s standards of comfort and serenity.

Required profile

• Physical ability to lift, bend and stand for extended periods.
• Reliability, punctuality and a professional attitude in an on-site work environment.
• Willingness to undergo training and follow standard operating procedures.
• Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience is an advantage but not mandatory.

Required skills

• Ability to perform laundry tasks including washing, drying, ironing and organizing linens.
• Strong communication skills for clear interaction with guests and team members.
