About the role
The Housekeeper (GSA) position is a full‑time, on‑site role at Wanderama Hotels & Resorts, responsible for keeping guest rooms and public areas clean, safe and well presented.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain clean, safe, and well‑presented guest rooms, corridors and public areas according to hotel standards.
- Make beds, clean bathrooms, dust, vacuum, replenish amenities and linens, and perform basic laundry duties.
- Respond courteously to guest requests, report maintenance issues, and follow health, safety and hygiene protocols.
Required profile
- Ability to perform housekeeping and laundry tasks efficiently, including cleaning, linen care, and room preparation.
- Strong communication and customer service skills; good organization and attention to detail.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend and lift moderate weights for extended periods.
- Positive attitude, reliability and willingness to work in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.
