About the role
Accor is seeking a dedicated Lifeguard to ensure the safety and enjoyment of guests using hotel pool facilities. You will be the first line of defense, monitoring the water area, responding to emergencies, and promoting a safe swimming environment.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor pool areas continuously and enforce safety rules to prevent accidents.
- Respond quickly to emergency situations, performing water rescues when needed.
- Administer first aid and CPR to injured patrons.
- Maintain a clean and safe pool environment, including regular equipment checks.
- Assist with basic pool maintenance tasks and report any issues.
- Interact professionally with guests, addressing concerns and educating them on water safety.
- Participate in ongoing training to keep lifeguarding skills current.
Required profile
- Strong sense of responsibility and vigilance.
- Excellent communication and guest‑service orientation.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure.
Required skills
- CPR certification.
- First aid certification.
- Proficiency in water rescue techniques.
