Hotel Manager

About the role

Fairmont Udaipur Palace is seeking an experienced Hotel Manager to lead the pre‑opening team and ensure flawless operations across all departments. This senior position reports to the General Manager and will be pivotal in delivering the brand’s luxury guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations with Department Heads (Front Office, Housekeeping, Golf, Spa & Health Club, Food & Beverage, Culinary).
• Lead by example to uphold Fairmont service standards and drive continuous improvement based on guest feedback.
• Support the General Manager in strategic direction, financial performance, and overall resort management.
• Oversee Rooms Division, F&B, and Culinary operations, ensuring quality, efficiency, and brand consistency.
• Conduct spot checks, audits, and mystery audit compliance; verify adherence to standards each day.
• Manage staff rotas, payroll budgeting, and talent development within each department.
• Maintain relationships with EXCOM members, third‑party partners, and Accor Hotel Services.
• Develop strategies to enhance F&B outlet performance and align departmental objectives.

Required profile

• Strong leadership ability to inspire and develop high‑performing teams.
• Extensive operational knowledge with solid commercial and financial acumen.
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Hospitality, Business, or related field.
• Proven experience in senior hotel or resort management, preferably with an F&B background.
