About the role

Baia Do Sol, a historic boutique beach resort in Baga, is seeking a full‑time Hotel In‑Charge to lead daily hotel and restaurant operations. You will ensure a seamless guest experience across front‑office, housekeeping, maintenance, and food‑and‑beverage services.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise front office, guest services, housekeeping and maintenance teams.
• Manage food‑and‑beverage service at Aquamarine, supporting menu implementation and service during all meals.
• Handle guest inquiries, feedback and issue resolution promptly.
• Oversee reservations, staff scheduling and training initiatives.
• Monitor inventory, coordinate with kitchen and service teams, and prepare basic reports on occupancy, revenue and guest satisfaction.

Required profile

• Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with problem‑solving ability.
• Knowledge of food‑and‑beverage operations and hospitality standards.
• Experience in front‑office and overall hotel service management.
• Ability to mentor staff, conduct briefings and support skill development.
• Preferably a diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
