About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Hostess to join our front‑of‑house team in New Delhi. This multipurpose role combines guest greeting, reservation management, and support for promotional activities, ensuring a seamless dining experience for all visitors.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests with a warm, professional demeanor.
• Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and waiting lists efficiently.
• Assist guests with queries, follow‑ups, and special requests.
• Coordinate closely with service staff and kitchen to maintain smooth operations.
• Handle guest complaints promptly and provide effective solutions.
• Support promotional events, marketing activities, and occasional light administrative tasks.
• Maintain accurate guest records and assist with any additional duties assigned by management.

Required profile

• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and a friendly attitude.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Punctual, reliable, and team‑oriented.

Required skills

• Basic computer literacy for reservation and record‑keeping tasks.
