Hospitality Manager

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site Hospitality Manager position is based in Udaipur and focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences throughout the wedding lifecycle. You will coordinate arrivals, check‑ins, welcome activities and departures, ensuring every touchpoint reflects the event concept and client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee guest experience and services from arrival to departure.
• Coordinate accommodation and transportation logistics.
• Manage food and beverage service in partnership with catering teams.
• Supervise on‑ground hospitality staff, assign duties and provide training.
• Handle guest inquiries, concerns and resolve issues promptly.
• Collaborate with planners, decorators and vendors to align services.
• Prepare post‑event reports and feedback summaries for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
• Hands‑on experience in hospitality and food & beverage operations, preferably in weddings or upscale hotels.
• Ability to train and guide staff, including onboarding and performance feedback.
• Excellent organizational, time‑management and problem‑solving abilities.
• Prior experience in event or wedding hospitality management (highly desirable).
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Event Management or related field (preferred).
• Willingness to work long or flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Proficiency with basic office and communication tools.
