Hospitality Facilities Technician

About the role

We are looking for a full-time on-site Technician to join our eco-tourism properties. The successful candidate will ensure the smooth operation of mechanical, electrical and electronic systems, supporting our commitment to sustainable hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Perform regular preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical and electronic equipment.
• Monitor equipment performance, diagnose faults and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain accurate maintenance records.
• Coordinate with other team members to schedule and prioritize maintenance tasks.
• Optimize system performance to enhance operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Technical background in mechanical, electrical or electronic systems (diploma or degree preferred).
• Strong troubleshooting, repair and maintenance skills.
• Good understanding of safety and preventive maintenance practices.
• Attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively.
• Prior experience in hospitality or facilities management is a plus.
