Hospice Certified Nursing Aide (CNA)

About the role

We are looking for a compassionate Certified Nursing Aide to join our hospice team in Plano, Texas. The CNA will provide direct patient care, support families, and assist the clinical staff in delivering high‑quality end‑of‑life services.

Key responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Administer medications as prescribed by the physician.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and promptly report any changes to the physician.
• Provide emotional support to patients and their families.
• Assist with end‑of‑life care procedures.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date patient records.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

Required profile

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
• Experience working in hospice care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Compassionate, patient‑centered approach to care.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
