Healthcare Recruiter – Full‑Cycle Talent Acquisition

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Healthcare Recruiter to manage end‑to‑end hiring for a range of clinical and allied‑health positions. The role involves sourcing, screening and placing qualified professionals such as RNs, CNAs, Pharmacy Technicians and Medical Assistants.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle for healthcare roles, from job posting to offer acceptance.
• Source candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, social media, referrals and internal databases.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews and assess qualifications and credentials.
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and client representatives.
• Verify licenses, certifications and other required healthcare credentials.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the process.
• Build and sustain a strong pipeline of qualified healthcare professionals.
• Track recruitment activities in an ATS, ensuring data accuracy and reporting against hiring targets and turnaround times.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 1–5 years of experience in healthcare recruitment or staffing.
• Proven experience recruiting for roles such as Registered Nurses, Pharmacy Technicians, LPNs, CNAs, Medical Assistants or other allied‑health staff.
• Strong sourcing abilities and familiarity with healthcare licensing and credentialing requirements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
