Healthcare Patient Coordinator – Onsite Kolkata

About the role

We are looking for a Healthcare Patient Coordinator to join our Kolkata office and support U.S.-based medical clinics. The role involves managing patient interactions, scheduling appointments, and ensuring smooth clinic operations during U.S. business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound patient calls and schedule appointments using the clinic’s booking system.
• Verify insurance benefits and perform eligibility checks (VOB).
• Navigate and update patient records in EMR/EHR platforms.
• Assist with prescription processing and other administrative workflows.
• Coordinate with clinic staff to maintain accurate appointment calendars and follow‑up actions.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in a healthcare administrative, front‑desk, or similar customer‑service role.
• Fluent English (B2+ level) with strong verbal communication.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, stay organized, and solve problems quickly.
• Detail‑oriented and comfortable working onsite in Kolkata.
