Health, Safety, Security & Environment Specialist

About the role

The Health, Safety, Security & Environment Specialist will work closely with project managers to ensure successful delivery of construction and real‑estate projects. You will own small projects, support larger ones, and guarantee that health, safety, security and sustainability are embedded in every phase.

Key responsibilities

• Attend project meetings and produce reports, analyses and reviews.
• Forecast project expenditures, monitor budgets and ensure financial control.
• Maintain strong client relationships, balancing client needs with JLL business objectives.
• Manage consultants and vendors, overseeing contract administration and legal compliance.
• Identify project risks, develop mitigation measures and monitor health‑safety and sustainability performance.
• Streamline reporting, communication and procedural structures across projects.

• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.

• Experience in project budgeting, risk management and contract administration.
