Health Coach

About the role

The Health Coach will support members of Aditya Birla Health Insurance by managing chronic diseases and promoting optimal health outcomes in line with medical protocols. Based in Mumbai, the role focuses on improving claim adherence, reducing claim frequency, and enhancing key health parameters across the insured population.

Key responsibilities

• Manage disease programs to achieve best health outcomes as defined by medical protocols.
• Achieve claim adherence target of 70% and reduce claim frequency by 5%.
• Drive improvement in health parameters, aiming for 70% of members to meet set benchmarks and reduce critical‑level health issues to below 95%.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop and implement cost‑effective, standardized health solutions for SME and startup segments.
• Monitor and report on quantitative metrics related to claims, health parameters, and program performance.

Required profile

• Experience in disease management, wellness coaching, or related health‑care roles.
• Strong understanding of medical protocols and health‑insurance processes.
• Ability to work with data‑driven targets and achieve measurable outcomes.
• Excellent communication skills to engage members and internal stakeholders.
