Head of MEP – Warehouse & Logistics

About the role

The Head of MEP will lead the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) function for warehouse, cold‑storage, logistics park and industrial projects across India. Reporting to senior leadership, you will be responsible for end‑to‑end delivery, ensuring projects meet quality, safety, budget and schedule targets.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, monitor and deliver MEP projects across multiple locations in India.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and comply with quality and safety standards.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, architects and internal stakeholders for seamless execution.
• Review designs, technical specifications, BOQs, tender documents and contractor submissions.
• Monitor schedules, budgets, KPIs, risks and resource allocation.
• Oversee testing, commissioning, maintenance strategies, SOPs and AMC management for installed services.
• Drive energy‑efficiency, water‑management, wastewater‑treatment and renewable‑energy initiatives.
• Verify contractor bills, manage vendor performance and ensure contract compliance.
• Support statutory approvals and liaison activities.
• Lead, mentor and grow the MEP team while enforcing HSE standards.

Required profile

• Strong leadership and project‑management capabilities.
• 15+ years of MEP project management experience, including 5–8 years as Head of MEP in construction.
• Proven track record handling multiple PAN‑India projects and leading teams of 10+ members.
• Hands‑on experience with AutoCAD, MS Project and other project‑management tools.
• Stable career progression with long‑term tenures in previous organisations.
