About the role

We are a fast‑growing comfort‑tech brand seeking a seasoned Head of Manufacturing to lead end‑to‑end production operations in Mumbai. This strategic role will oversee manufacturing, procurement, quality, and supply‑chain functions while driving operational excellence in a high‑growth environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing operations across all production facilities, covering backward supply chain, procurement, production, quality management, and forward distribution.
• Build scalable systems, processes, and operational frameworks to support rapid business growth.
• Improve productivity, efficiency, cost optimization, and throughput while maintaining consistent product quality.
• Partner with Product, Planning, Supply Chain, Finance, and senior leadership to ensure seamless execution.
• Drive capacity planning, expansion initiatives, and manufacturing scale‑up projects.
• Develop strong vendor partnerships and procurement strategies for uninterrupted operations.
• Mentor and grow high‑performing teams, fostering a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement proactive solutions.

Required profile

• 15+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing, supply chain, and procurement.
• Proven track record managing large‑scale manufacturing operations and scaling processes in fast‑growing companies.
• Strong business acumen with excellent analytical and data‑driven decision‑making abilities.
• Hands‑on leadership style with a bias for action and execution.
• Excellent stakeholder management and people leadership skills.
