Head of Infrastructure Management

About the role

We are looking for a senior professional to lead our infrastructure management function. The role oversees the preparation, validation, and control of all cost‑related documentation for civil and finish works, ensuring accurate billing and smooth hand‑over to operations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and validate Bills of Quantities (BOQs), quantity take‑offs and measurement sheets from drawings and specifications.
• Support billing certification by verifying quantities, rates and progress evidence with partners and project management consultants.
• Maintain cost‑control registers for variations, change orders and budget tracking.
• Coordinate with design teams to clarify scope, details and measurement methods, preventing disputes.
• Assist tender evaluations by reviewing commercial quantities and scope completeness.
• Keep audit‑ready documentation, including measurement records, approvals and version‑controlled files.
• Provide periodic MIS reports on cost status, variance drivers and pending certifications.

Required profile

• Proven experience in infrastructure or construction cost management.
• Strong understanding of civil works, finishes and related measurement standards.
• Ability to work closely with design, procurement and project teams.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical mindset.
