About the role
We are seeking a strategic Head of Human Resources to lead all HR functions, shape people strategy and support the organization’s growth. The role reports to senior leadership and partners closely with managers across the business.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, implement and continuously improve HR policies, procedures and compliance frameworks.
- Oversee end‑to‑end recruitment, selection, onboarding and the employee lifecycle.
- Manage performance management processes, employee relations and engagement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure adherence to employment legislation.
- Support training, development, succession planning and workforce planning.
- Collaborate with leadership on organizational development and talent strategy.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR management, including employee relations and talent acquisition.
- Demonstrated ability to work with senior leaders and manage multiple priorities.
