Head of Curriculum, 2 Hour Learning (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a senior academic leader to shape the future of K‑12 learning through AI‑driven curriculum design. As Head of Curriculum for 2 Hour Learning, you will own the end‑to‑end learning ecosystem, ensuring high‑quality content and measurable student outcomes across multiple campuses.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement AI‑generated refinements to subject‑specific learning experiences, adaptive pathways and student interventions.
• Develop data‑driven academic intervention strategies for under‑performing students using MAP, AP, SAT, ISEE and related metrics.
• Document evidence‑backed decision records that capture actions, dashboards, analytics and assessment data.
• Produce actionable specifications for product, engineering and data‑science teams, including problem definitions, impact forecasts and acceptance criteria.
• Lead a cross‑functional team, set explicit performance benchmarks and collaborate closely with product, engineering and data‑science partners.

Required profile

• Proven academic leadership with deep subject‑matter fluency and a track record of designing learning systems.
• Strong analytical mindset, comfortable making decisions with incomplete data.
• High accountability for student improvement and willingness to own results.
• Ability to thrive in fast‑paced, technology‑focused environments.
