Hardware Software Technician

About the role

Oneiros The Sports Club is seeking a full‑time Hardware Software Technician to maintain and support its technology infrastructure across fitness, administrative, and training areas. The role is on‑site in Surat and focuses on ensuring that all computer hardware, peripherals and related software operate smoothly for staff and members.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure and maintain desktops, laptops, printers and other network‑connected devices.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, basic software and connectivity issues promptly.
• Provide printer setup, configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance and keep accurate asset inventories.
• Coordinate with external vendors for repairs or upgrades when needed.
• Document support activities, resolutions and maintain clear records.
• Collaborate with operations and administrative teams to ensure a stable, secure and user‑friendly technology environment.

Required profile

• Technical diploma, certification or degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field (preferred).
• Strong troubleshooting abilities and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills to assist users of varying technical proficiency.
• Willingness to work on‑site and adapt to flexible schedules.
