Hardware Architect

About the role

We are looking for a senior Hardware Architect to lead end‑to‑end hardware design of embedded systems. You will be responsible for translating product vision into high‑performance, reliable hardware solutions while ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full product lifecycle from requirements through design, validation and production.
• Lead hardware design for safety‑critical systems and define system architecture.
• Conduct design reviews (PDR, CDR, DDR) and manage BOM, cost optimization and obsolescence planning.
• Collaborate with firmware, software, mechanical, QA and production teams.
• Drive DFx practices (DFM, DFT, DFR, DFS) and mitigate technical risks.

Required profile

• B.E. in Electronics & Communication Engineering.
• 10‑14 years of experience in hardware design for embedded systems.
• Strong written and oral English communication skills.
• Proven ability to mentor and lead multi‑disciplinary engineering teams.

Required skills

• High‑speed processors and microcontrollers.
• Schematic design, PCB layout, and signal‑integrity analysis.
• Digital and analog circuit design.
• High‑speed DDR, Flash, Ethernet interfaces.
• USB, I2C, SPI, CAN, UART interfaces.
• Battery Management System design and testing.
• EMI/EMC and RF testing.
• Experience with simulation tools and technical documentation.
• Knowledge of IoT and real‑time embedded system architectures.
