Gym Trainer

About the role

The Gym Trainer will oversee the delivery of personal training services and ensure a high‑quality training experience for members. Working closely with the Format and Operations teams, the role focuses on achieving key performance metrics and maintaining smooth gym operations.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain constant communication with the Format and Operations Team on all aspects of training experience and personal training revenue.
• Achieve agreed monthly metrics such as Training PR, PT PR, PT session completion %, PT renewal %, SOP completion %, trial‑to‑pack conversion, lead generation, goal achievement and PT revenue.
• Ensure personal trainers and general trainers adhere to all training and workflow SOPs, including leave and shift management when required.
• Provide sufficient training guidance on the gym floor to deliver a safe and effective experience for members.
• Support the launch of new products and experience features, gathering proactive feedback from members and trainers.
• Take ownership of gym facility maintenance, ensuring all equipment is functional and well‑kept.
• Drive personal training targets each month and deliver a great client experience by maintaining benchmark PR, pack completion % and success achievement.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills to coordinate with internal teams and trainers.
• Ability to meet and monitor performance metrics on a regular basis.
• Attention to detail in enforcing SOPs and managing trainer schedules.
• Commitment to providing a safe, effective training environment for gym members.
