Guest Service Associate

About the role

Accor is looking for a Guest Service Associate to join its front‑office team. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a smooth, professional and friendly experience from check‑in to check‑out while supporting the overall operations of the reception area.

Key responsibilities

• Handle daily administration, greet guests, respond to queries and complaints, and manage room bookings.
• Maintain high standards of customer service at the reception desk, consistently exceeding guest expectations.
• Motivate and develop the reception team to ensure smooth departmental functioning.
• Maintain front‑office log books, shift reports and banquet/function records.
• Liaise with housekeeping, other departments and management to resolve operational issues.
• Ensure swift, smooth and professional check‑in and check‑out processes.

Required profile

• Diploma in Tourism or Hospitality Management.
• Fresher or 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience.
• Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Opera or a similar Property Management System.
