Guest Service Associate – Housekeeping

About the role

The Guest Service Associate – Housekeeping supports daily hotel operations by ensuring rooms and public areas are clean, well‑stocked, and ready for guests. You will work closely with the housekeeping team and front‑desk staff to deliver a high‑standard guest experience in an international hotel environment.

Key responsibilities

• Attend daily briefings and follow assigned tasks.
• Clean and maintain assigned rooms and public areas according to hotel standards.
• Replenish guest supplies and respond promptly to guest requests.
• Report any damage, malfunction, or safety issues to the supervisor.
• Maintain equipment cleanliness and proper operation.
• Prepare section room reports and daily productivity logs.
• Handle lost‑and‑found items and report them immediately.
• Address guest complaints tactfully and report incidents to management.
• Record accurate room status and perform valet services such as linen delivery and laundry processing when required.
• Follow fire, life‑safety, and emergency procedures.

Required profile

• Primary school education or equivalent.
• Good oral proficiency in English.
• Positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and ability to work under pressure.
• Willingness to learn; no prior experience required as training will be provided.
