About the role

The Guest Service Associate – Housekeeping supports daily hotel operations by ensuring rooms and public areas are clean, well‑stocked, and ready for guests. You will interact with guests, handle requests, and report any issues to maintain high service standards.

Key responsibilities

Attend daily briefings and complete assigned tasks.
Understand guest levels (VIP) and room categories.
Clean and maintain assigned areas according to standards.
Replenish guest supplies and respond promptly to guest requests.
Report damages, malfunctions, and unusual behavior to the supervisor.
Maintain equipment cleanliness and proper condition.
Prepare section room and daily productivity reports.
Handle lost‑and‑found items and report them immediately.
Assist with valet services such as linen delivery and laundry processing.
Follow fire, life‑safety, and emergency procedures.
Participate in all briefings, meetings, and trainings assigned by management.

Required profile

Primary school education.
Good oral proficiency in English.
No prior experience required; training will be provided.
