Guest Service Associate – Housekeeping

About the role

Join our team as a Guest Service Associate – Housekeeping at ibis Kochi City Centre. You will be responsible for delivering clean, hygienic and safe environments for our guests, helping to achieve high guest satisfaction and operational profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Provide clean, hazard‑free guest rooms, public areas and executive offices.
• Use departmental master keys and other keys to ensure safety and security of guests and hotel property.
• Inspect room linen, replace below‑standard pieces and ensure proper linen and amenity placement.
• Follow lost‑and‑found, “Do Not Disturb” and other housekeeping procedures.
• Maintain standards in corridors, fire exits, floor pantries and other public spaces.
• Report maintenance issues, missing items or any matter affecting hotel interests to management.
• Coordinate seamlessly with all hotel departments to support guest service.
• Respond to guest queries courteously and resolve issues promptly.
• Adhere to scheduled work times and punctuality requirements.
