Guest Service Associate – Front Office

About the role

As a Guest Service Associate you will be the first point of contact for guests at Roswyn, delivering a seamless check‑in and check‑out experience while embodying the vibrant spirit of Morgans Originals.

Key responsibilities

• Assist guests with check‑in, check‑out and all related cashiering duties.
• Review arrival lists, prepare welcome compendiums and issue room keys according to standards.
• Maintain repeat‑guest history, prepare welcome cards and amenities, and ensure VIP recognition.
• Promote inter‑hotel sales and on‑site facilities to maximise revenue.
• Handle guest mail, messages and phone calls while safeguarding privacy and confidentiality.
• Monitor credit discrepancies, alert security or duty manager of suspicious activity, and follow fire‑life safety procedures.
• Stay knowledgeable about hotel facilities, F&B outlets, timings and stories, acting as a storyteller for guests.
• Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times.

Required profile

• Diploma or graduate from a Hotel Management institute.
• Pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Experience working for a lifestyle‑luxury brand.
• Passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
