Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily front office operations, guest check‑in/out and service standards.
• Support senior managers as Assistant Front Office Manager or Duty Manager.
• Provide front‑office training (OJT) to new entrants.
• Assist in food and beverage service, manage associate duties and support the Assistant F&B Manager.
• Maintain housekeeping standards, attend to room and desk attendant tasks, and support OJT programmes.
• Perform basic engineering duties, including electrical maintenance and support for hotel facilities.

Required profile

• Passion for hospitality and guest service.
• Willingness to work in a fast‑paced hotel environment.
• Either prior experience in the relevant department or a desire to learn through OJT.
• Good communication skills and team orientation.
