Guest Relations Executive

About the role

The Guest Relations Executive is the primary point of contact for guests, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and warmth. You will manage reservations, provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions, and coordinate special services to enhance the guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to guest inquiries, follow up to confirm satisfaction, and handle reservations and cancellations.
• Provide detailed information on property amenities, room features, and local points of interest.
• Arrange special services such as spa, transportation, babysitting, business center, and entertainment by coordinating with appropriate providers.
• Collaborate with management to develop procedures, set performance goals, and improve departmental efficiency.
• Assign tasks, monitor completion, and ensure adherence to quality standards and company policies.
• Maintain a professional appearance, protect guest privacy, and uphold confidentiality of proprietary information.
• Welcome guests, anticipate service needs, assist guests with disabilities, and express genuine appreciation.
• Communicate clearly, handle telephone etiquette, and prepare accurate written documents.
• Support team collaboration, address employee concerns, and contribute ideas for cost‑saving and productivity improvements.
• Perform light physical tasks such as moving objects up to 10 lb and other reasonable duties as assigned.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of related hospitality experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• No specific license or certification required.
