Growth Operations – Campaign Specialist

About the role

Paytm Money is building the next generation of wealth‑management and investment products for India. As a Growth Operations – Campaign Specialist you will sit at the intersection of analytics, CRM and growth strategy, owning the data infrastructure that powers user acquisition, engagement and retention campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end campaign operations, from intake and audience setup to launch, monitoring and post‑campaign closure.
• Translate growth and CRM briefs into execution plans covering audience, eligibility, triggers, journeys, channels, frequency and success metrics.
• Manage campaign execution across CRM channels such as Push, WhatsApp, SMS, Email and in‑app using platforms like CleverTap or Seller Panel.
• Partner with Data and Analytics teams to define cohorts, segments and event logic, ensuring audience accuracy before launch.
• Establish rigorous QA and governance for copy, links, variables, deep links, targeting rules, frequency caps and scheduling.
• Monitor live campaigns, resolve delivery or performance issues and maintain health dashboards.
• Drive measurement and post‑campaign reporting, delivering insights on delivery, engagement, conversion and incremental impact.
• Coordinate with Growth, Product, Design, Content, Tech and Compliance stakeholders to secure approvals.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of experience in growth analytics, CRM analytics or data specialist roles, preferably in fintech or consumer internet.
• Strong hands‑on proficiency in SQL and building cohort, funnel and behavioural segmentation analyses.
• Graduate from a reputed institution or equivalent high‑growth startup experience.
