Growth Marketer

About the role

We are looking for a Growth Marketer to own and scale paid digital campaigns for our diverse client portfolio. The role combines performance advertising, content marketing and data‑driven optimisation to drive traffic, leads and ROI.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn and other platforms while controlling budgets.
• Plan, execute, monitor and optimise end‑to‑end digital advertising initiatives with clear objectives and measurable outcomes.
• Develop and implement content marketing strategies that reinforce brand positioning and support campaign goals.
• Analyse performance metrics, forecast ROI and provide data‑driven recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to align strategy with creative execution and ensure timely delivery.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 + years of hands‑on experience in performance‑based digital marketing.
• Proven ability to manage campaigns on Meta, Google and LinkedIn platforms and to optimise for conversions.
