Graphic Designer – Visual & Content Team

About the role

ZS is seeking a Graphic Designer to join its Visual & Content Team. You will work alongside consultants and technologists to translate complex business ideas into compelling visual assets that support proposals, workshops, campaigns, and events.

Key responsibilities

• Create visual solutions such as presentations, logos, brochures, infographics, icons, posters, web banners, and marketing materials.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to turn business language into clear, engaging visual stories.
• Apply design thinking and stay current with the latest design trends.
• Solve design challenges in a fast‑paced, consultative environment while maintaining strong communication with stakeholders.
• Share best practices across offices and build relationships with firm members and leaders.

Required profile

• Energetic, dynamic individual with a proven track record in graphic delivery.
• Diploma or certificate in MS Office, PowerPoint, or Adobe suite (preferred).
• Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
• Comfortable working in an unstructured, fast‑moving environment.
• Experience in collaborative, global design teams is a plus.
• Client‑first mentality, strong work ethic, and collaborative problem‑solving approach.
• Updated portfolio link must be included in the resume.
