Web Graphic Designer

About the role

Paytm is seeking a Web Graphic Designer who lives and breathes graphic design. You will shape brand identities, create compelling visual assets, and help the team leverage AI tools for faster, smarter design work.

Key responsibilities

• Design brand identities and visual systems—including logos, guidelines, and office branding—scalable across touchpoints.
• Create presentations, websites, social media creatives, product campaigns, and marketing collateral.
• Collaborate closely with Creative Directors, Writers, Strategists, and Developers.
• Present design rationale confidently, backed by solid visual principles.
• Maintain exceptional attention to detail on every deliverable.
• Experiment with AI‑assisted design workflows and help improve team processes.

Required profile

• 4–6 years of experience, preferably in a branding or design studio.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating typography, layout, composition, and visual hierarchy.
• Passion for branding, communication design, and storytelling.
• Comfortable receiving feedback, iterating quickly, and working in small, collaborative teams.
• Curious, humble, and constantly learning, with an enthusiasm for AI‑driven creative tools.
