Graphic Designer – Remote (Night Shift)

About the role

Emapta is seeking a Graphic Designer to create high‑impact visual assets for real‑estate marketing. This full‑time, remote position works on a night‑shift schedule (Central Time, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM) and offers a career path within a collaborative, innovation‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce print and digital marketing materials for social media, email, web, direct mail, advertising, presentations, PR, trade shows, and sales support.
• Create and update flyers, brochures, banners, invitations, ads, and other collateral.
• Develop creative assets for short‑term initiatives and long‑term campaigns.
• Research, develop, and refine content when source material is incomplete.
• Gather information from internal teams to produce accurate, polished materials.
• Draft, adapt, and refine copy while maintaining brand consistency.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of graphic design experience across print and digital media.
• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Canva.
• Experience creating marketing collateral in a corporate or brand‑driven environment.
• Strong understanding of brand management and standards.
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong attention to detail.
