Graphic Designer

About the role

We are looking for a creative and detail‑oriented Graphic Designer to produce engaging visual designs for our digital platforms, social media, marketing campaigns, learning programs, and internal communications.

Key responsibilities

• Create designs for social media posts, banners, advertisements, brochures, presentations and other marketing materials.
• Develop visual content that follows Protrainy’s brand identity and communication guidelines.
• Design creatives for digital marketing campaigns, events, webinars, courses and other company initiatives.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Content and Product teams to understand design requirements.
• Edit and enhance images, illustrations and other visual assets as needed.
• Maintain consistency in fonts, colours, layouts and overall brand identity.
• Manage multiple design projects and deliver assets within deadlines.

Required profile

• 0–2 years of experience in graphic design; freshers with strong internship experience are welcome.
• Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, composition and visual hierarchy.
• Good creative thinking, attention to detail and ability to translate briefs into engaging visuals.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Portfolio showcasing relevant design work is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Canva.
• Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop.
• Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator.
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics or video editing (advantageous).
