Graphic Designer

About the role

Edge Grow Digital Marketing is seeking a creative Graphic Designer to join its Durgapur office on a full‑time basis. You will work closely with the marketing and content teams to produce visual assets that support digital campaigns and strengthen client brand identities.

Key responsibilities

• Design graphics for social media, website banners, online advertisements and promotional materials.
• Create logos, brand identity elements and visual guidelines for diverse clients.
• Select typography, colour palettes and layout structures that align with brand standards.
• Prepare files for both digital publishing and print production, ensuring high‑resolution output.
• Maintain and organise a digital asset library for easy reuse.
• Stay up‑to‑date with current design trends, tools and best practices.

Required profile

• Strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design work for digital and print media.
• Experience in logo design and brand development.
• Attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines and openness to feedback.
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams on‑site.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or a related field (preferred).

Required skills

• Proficiency with Canva.
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Photoshop.
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Illustrator.
