Graphic Designer (Hospitality Focus)

About the role

As a Graphic Designer at Stickyy, you will collaborate with creative, content and strategy teams to produce high‑quality visual communication for hospitality brands, including hotels, resorts, restaurants and travel experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Design social media creatives such as Instagram posts, carousels, stories, reels covers and campaign assets.
• Create visuals for Meta and Google advertising campaigns.
• Develop branding concepts for hotel/resort launches, seasonal offers and festive promotions.
• Produce presentations, brochures, menus, flyers and other marketing collateral while maintaining brand consistency.
• Stay updated on design trends and bring fresh ideas to the team.
• Collaborate with writers, strategists, account managers and fellow designers across multiple projects.
• Adapt designs for various formats and platforms, ensuring timely delivery.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Strong portfolio showcasing social media and digital design.
• Excellent understanding of composition, typography, colour, hierarchy and visual storytelling.
• Ability to create premium, sophisticated designs that reflect a brand’s personality.
• Detail‑oriented, good communicator and comfortable receiving feedback.
• Self‑motivated and able to work in a fast‑paced agency environment.
• Hospitality experience is a plus.
