Graphic Designer (Full-time, 1-3 years experience)

About the role

We are looking for a creative Graphic Designer to join Oyela, a fast‑growing D2C fashion brand. The role focuses on producing eye‑catching visual content for social media, digital ads and the brand’s online platforms, keeping the brand’s bold and expressive identity.

Key responsibilities

• Design visually appealing creatives for Instagram, Facebook, performance ads, WhatsApp, emailers and other digital platforms.
• Create social media posts, stories, reels, carousels, campaign layouts and promotional creatives.
• Produce motion graphics, basic animations and video‑based design assets for social media and ads.
• Maintain consistency in Oyela’s brand language, typography, colour palette and overall visual identity.
• Collaborate with marketing, content and creative teams to execute daily design requirements.
• Edit and enhance product images, campaign visuals and layouts as needed.
• Create website banners, landing‑page visuals and provide app/website design support when required.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of relevant experience (3–6 years preferred) in fashion, D2C or lifestyle design.
• Strong eye for detail, colour, typography and storytelling.
• Passion for fashion, lifestyle, Gen‑Z trends and social media content.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple creative tasks.
• Portfolio showcasing social media creatives, campaign designs and motion‑graphic work.
