Graphic Designer (Fashion & Social Media)

About the role

Oyela, a fast‑growing D2C fashion brand, is looking for a creative Graphic Designer who can translate fashion trends and Gen‑Z visual language into compelling digital assets. You will work closely with the marketing and content teams to keep the brand’s visual identity fresh across all online channels.

Key responsibilities

• Design eye‑catching creatives for Instagram, Facebook, performance ads, WhatsApp, emailers and other digital platforms.
• Create social‑media posts, stories, reels, carousels, campaign layouts and promotional graphics.
• Develop motion graphics, basic animations and video‑based design assets for social media and advertising.
• Maintain consistency in Oyela’s brand language, typography, colour palette and overall visual identity.
• Collaborate with marketing, content and creative teams to meet daily design demands.
• Edit and enhance product images, campaign visuals and layouts as needed.
• Produce website banners, landing‑page visuals and provide design support for the app/website when required.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of design experience preferred; 3–6 years acceptable, ideally in fashion, D2C or lifestyle.
• Strong eye for detail, colour, typography and storytelling.
• Passion for fashion, lifestyle, Gen‑Z trends and social‑media content.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple creative tasks.
• Portfolio showcasing social‑media creatives, campaign designs and motion‑graphic work.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop.
• Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator.
• Experience using Canva.
• Experience using Figma.
