Graphic Designer – Digital & Print Creative

About the role

WaterMarc is looking for a talented Graphic Designer to create attractive and engaging visuals for both digital and print platforms. You will collaborate closely with marketing, content, and other cross‑functional teams to produce designs that promote the brand, communicate ideas, and support business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Design creative posts, banners, and graphics for social media platforms.
• Create marketing collateral such as brochures, presentations, flyers, and posters.
• Produce website banners, email creatives, and other digital assets.
• Coordinate with various teams to understand design requirements and deliver solutions that follow brand guidelines.
• Edit images and generate graphics for campaigns, events, and promotions.
• Incorporate feedback, make revisions, and ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Stay updated on current design trends and generate fresh ideas.
• Manage multiple design tasks while maintaining quality and deadlines.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer.
• Portfolio showcasing previous design work (preferred).
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to manage several projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree, diploma, or certification in Graphic Design or a related field is a plus.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Proficiency in Figma.
• Proficiency in Canva or similar design tools.
• Understanding of design fundamentals such as color, typography, layout, and branding.
