Graphic Designer – Creative Design for Digital Campaigns

About the role

Protea Digital is seeking a Graphic Designer to join its Patna team. You will create visually compelling assets that support digital campaigns, websites, social media, and client communications, ensuring every piece reflects the brand’s identity.

Key responsibilities

• Develop creative designs for digital campaigns, websites, social media, presentations, brochures and marketing materials.
• Collaborate with marketing, development and content teams to translate ideas into compelling visuals.
• Maintain brand consistency across all design projects.
• Create engaging graphics, infographics and layouts for internal and client projects.
• Stay updated with design trends, tools and best practices.
• Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
• Research design trends, user preferences and emerging technologies.
• Provide general design support for various initiatives.

Required profile

• Graduate in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Arts or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment.
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn new design techniques.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign.
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects.
• Knowledge of UI/UX principles and web design practices (a plus).
