Graphic Designer – Creative Design for Beauty & Wellness

About the role

Maison D’Auraine, India’s leading beauty and wellness company, is seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to craft visual assets that elevate its premium haircare, skincare, makeup and personal‑care brands. You will work closely with marketing, brand and product teams to deliver consistent, high‑impact designs across digital and print channels.

Key responsibilities

• Design creatives for social media, digital campaigns, websites, emailers and online marketplaces.
• Create marketing collaterals such as brochures, flyers, banners, standees, presentations and POSM.
• Develop product packaging, labels and branding materials.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to execute creative campaigns and launch assets.
• Design promotional materials and event branding while ensuring brand identity consistency.
• Retouch product images and prepare print‑ready artwork.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools and industry best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts or a related field.
• 5–8 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Prior experience in the beauty, cosmetics, fashion, luxury or FMCG industry is preferred.
• Strong design portfolio showcasing digital, print, branding and packaging work.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and the Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience with Figma, Canva, After Effects or Premiere Pro (optional but advantageous).
• Solid understanding of typography, colour theory, layout and branding principles.
• Experience in packaging design, print production and digital design.
