Graphic Design Coordinator – Proposals & Marketing

About the role

WSP India is looking for a Graphic Design Coordinator to support the Earth & Environment Strategic Pursuits & Proposals team. The role will create high‑quality visual assets for proposals, brochures, presentations and other marketing collateral, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Design and customise graphics for proposals, presentations, brochures and other materials.
• Collaborate with proposal and marketing teams to translate technical information into clear visual formats.
• Create infographics, diagrams, charts and other visual aids.
• Provide UI/UX support for web development projects.
• Maintain a reusable library of icons, templates and design elements.
• Ensure branding consistency across all outputs and meet tight proposal deadlines.
• Stay updated on design trends and software tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in corporate, marketing or proposal development environments.
• Experience in engineering, construction or architecture sectors is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects.

Required skills

• Adobe Creative Suite – Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign.
• UI/UX design principles and basic web development (HTML/CSS).
• Microsoft PowerPoint and Word for proposal and presentation creation.
• Building and maintaining graphic asset libraries.
