Governance Analyst - Procurement

About the role

IFF, a global leader in flavors, fragrances, food ingredients and health & biosciences, is hiring a Governance Analyst for its Global Business Services unit in Hyderabad, India. The role strengthens procurement governance and compliance, supports SOX controls and drives process improvements. It is a hybrid position.

Key responsibilities

• Strengthen procurement governance and compliance practices.
• Support SOX controls, audits and risk mitigation activities.
• Drive process improvements through control assessments and data analysis.
• Ensure adherence to procurement policies and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• 4-7 years of experience in Procurement Controls, Governance, Audit or Internal Controls.
• Strong understanding of SOX, KCA, DOA, SOD and compliance frameworks.
• Experience with SAP, SRM, eProcurement tools and audit coordination.
• Excellent analytical, stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Professional certifications such as CIA, CPA, CISA, CRMA or Six Sigma are a plus.
• A proven track record of leading remediation projects and process improvements, exposure to global procurement operations and multinational environments, and experience with Zycus and advanced procurement technologies are also valued.
