Go To Market (GTM) Systems Coordinator

About the role

Qualifacts is seeking a GTM Systems Coordinator to manage and optimize its Salesforce CRM and integrated go‑to‑market tools. This onsite, night‑shift position supports sales processes, ensures system efficiency, and drives adoption of new features across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and configure Salesforce to align with business processes.
• Manage and support GTM tools such as High Velocity Sales, RingLead, Nintex, Adobe, Gong, Guidestar, ZoomInfo, Demandbase, Highspot and SPIFF.
• Monitor system performance, identify inefficiencies and recommend enhancements.
• Stay current with Salesforce releases and evaluate new features for implementation.
• Conduct system testing, QA, and support user acceptance testing.
• Assist with change management, tool rollouts, communication and user enablement.
• Create and maintain documentation, process maps and technical references.
• Track license utilization, perform audits and report findings to leadership.

Required profile

• Working knowledge of Salesforce administration (certification preferred).
• Familiarity with common GTM and sales enablement tools.
• Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
