Global Recruiter – Talent Acquisition

About the role

We are looking for a proactive, results‑oriented Recruiter to join our global HR team. You will own the end‑to‑end hiring process for technical and business roles across the Americas, Europe and APAC, helping us build high‑performing teams that drive our growth.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute targeted hiring strategies for sales, technical and business positions.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals and direct outreach.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines to support rapid hiring and future growth.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and success profiles.
• Track and report recruiting metrics such as time‑to‑hire and candidate conversion rates.
• Act as a brand ambassador, communicating the company’s mission and values to candidates.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to selection.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of talent acquisition experience, preferably in software or technology companies.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Experience supporting global recruitment across multiple regions.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
