Global Recruiter – Talent Acquisition

About the role

JoVE is seeking a proactive, results‑oriented Recruiter to join its global HR team. You will own the end‑to‑end hiring process for technical and business roles across the Americas, Europe and APAC, helping to build high‑performing teams that support the company’s rapid growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute targeted hiring strategies for sales, technical and business positions.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals and direct outreach.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines to meet current and future hiring needs.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and success profiles.
• Track and report recruiting metrics such as time‑to‑hire and pipeline quality.
• Act as a brand ambassador, communicating JoVE’s mission and values to candidates.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer acceptance.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of talent acquisition experience, preferably in software or technology companies.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Experience supporting global recruitment across multiple regions.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
